For customers in Washington State:
If your drone needs repair, our drop-off and pickup process makes it easy and hassle-free. Simply bring your drone to us, where our expert technicians will assess the issue and provide a repair estimate. Once your drone is fixed and thoroughly tested, we’ll notify you when it’s ready for pickup. Follow these simple steps to ensure a seamless repair experience and get your drone back in the air as soon as possible!

For customers out of State:
Need your drone repaired but can’t visit us in person? Our convenient mail-in repair service makes it easy to get your drone fixed from anywhere. Package your drone securely, ship it to us. Once the repair is complete, we’ll safely return your drone, ready to fly. We will ship it back to you for Free!
Securely pack your drone & Ship to us
Make sure the drone is folded position
Use paper or bubble wrap (recommended) to fully wrap the drone, and fill up the rest of space in box
Go to USPS/FEDEX/UPS for shipping, Address will be provided in the confirmation email.
What happens when repair procedure done?
Once repairs done, we will take the drone for a test fly, in order to make sure everyhing works fine!
Before we ship, we will send another confirmation to you to confirm your receiving address
Once shipping label created, we’ll send you tracking number! Once received, please don’t forget to leave any feedbacks or any questions you may have!
